About the role
Job Title: Application Software Engineer / Python Location: 100% remote Duration: Contract/contract to hire and Contract Length: 6 mo C2H Must Haves: (3-5 years’ experience in skills listed below) • Python • SQL (Oracle, Postgres) • No SQL (Mongo, S3) databases Nice to haves: • Docker • Kubernetes • Gitlab Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This role is responsible for developing, testing, deploying and maintaining software that identifies fraud, waste and abuse in medical claims. This includes developing rules based code editing, machine learning models, and database (Oracle/Mongo) components of the application as well as containerization (Docker), container orchestration (Kubernetes/Helm) and job scheduling.
