QA Engineer

Role- QA Engineer Duration- 12 Months Location- Remote Job Description This role will be 100% Remote but ideally focus on candidates local to Phoenix, AZ if possible or in a surrounding state. The managers really want this person to be on a pacific or mountain time zone ideally. ETL experience, Informatica and snowflake ideally Strong experience working within SQL Working with Rally and HP ALM tools Exp with Power BI or Oracle Fusion  POSITION SUMMARY: The QA Test Engineer is responsible for leading the end to end quality of projects within the Company’s ETL and BI application Portfolios. The QA Test Engineer creates, tests, and plans for both manual and automated testing of data integration and visualization applications. The QA Test Engineer delivers creative and innovative solutions to support the development team through planning and prioritization of test design, test development, and test automation activities. This work will be accomplished within an Agile methodology or other methodologies in support of a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with frequent application releases. SKILLS: • Experience with testing data integration pipelines and visualization platforms. • Experience with the following: Rally and HP ALM for test management, Agile using tools such as Rally. • Understanding of Informatica ETL process and Snowflake. • Understanding of BI tools such as Power BI and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence • SQL database experience.
