About the role
QA Lead Remote Contract through EOY Project Scope / Components: • Building a system that communicates with government agencies that sends and receives tax records • Another system that communicates with the central clearance system (federal gov system) • Being developed for enabling real time payments (RTP) – like Zelle • The government is reacting to the market evolving, so they’re building out standards for RTP • The initial versions need to be complete by March 2022, project will continue through March 2023
Development Methodology: • Agile • They are currently building out a product team for this project
High-Level Individual Duties: • Testing APIs – GraphQL and REST services, this person will be testing these using Postman • Write and execute automation scripts • Using existing test framework, working on additional scripts to test new services
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
- offshore leadership experience
- Java
- Automation testing expertise
Nice-to-Haves (Concepts & Tools): • Financial Services/Banking – specifically payments • Postman • MQ knowledge • Jenkins
