Role:QA Tester

Duration:6 Months Location:COLUMBUS,OH

Required Skills :

• Blend between manual and automation, a lot more manual.
• UAT + ADO for tracking
• Some database knowledge needed
• Good communication skills- lots of work with BSAs from teams

Summary: The QA Testing Analyst Lead role is responsible to have all testing suites created, deliver testing result/defect resolutions, provide status updates to management and project teams, collaborate with all internal IT Teams, Business Partners and with the Vendor to ensure all System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing is on schedule and completed according to project timelines.

Responsibilities

Ability to lead complex projects and solid understanding of agile and waterfall methodology. Create Test Plans, create test cases and test scripts for system integration testing. Drive project team(s) to defect resolution Collaborate with all impacted teams to gather status on test results/defect resolution. Support in UAT testing with Business Partners when needed. Create testing execution metrics and status reports.

Qualifications

Min 5 years of Quality Assurance testing and meeting facilitation experience Bachelor's degree A minimum of 2 years managing or leading a team of Quality Assurance Test Analyst. Minimum 2 year of experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology Knowledge of test data requirements, planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios Excellent verbal and written communication skills Test Management, Azure DevOps (ADO), Defect Tracking etc. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Previous analytical experience (analyzing problems and analyzing results) SQL Experience (basic queries) -- --- ---- Thanks & Regards, Ujwala Pinninti Thoughtwave Software and Solutions 314 N.
