About the role
Role: Senior Quality Assurance Location: Hybrid – Dallas, TX / Chicago, IL Duration: 6 + Months Must Haves: • 10+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance and Product testing • Ability to build test strategies for SAAS and/or custom solutions • Leadership and team management skills • Subject matter expert with various testing methods (manual, automated, unit, integration, sanity, system, regression, acceptance testing) • Data Validation skills (e.g. SQL, excel, etc.) • Lead the definition, implementation and maintenance of QA and UAT processes, methodologies and templates for use on product deliverables • Proven ability to translate scope and business rules into test cases/scripts • Ability to not only identify bugs but conduct some level of troubleshooting as a starting point for engineering • Expert understanding of the Software Testing Lifecycle • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship building skills Thanks & Regards, M Pavan Kumar IT-Recruiter Staffing | Thoughtwave Software and Solutions
