About the role
Role:IT-QA Quality Engineer Location:100% REMOTE Duration:6+ months Must haves: Java Agile-Scrum Selenium Health experience API Testing SOAP TestNG Continous Integration (Jenkins) Job Description: • 5 plus years of experience as QA Test Engineer in all phases of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Business Analysis, Data Modeling, Developing Test Cases, Test Plans and Automation Test scripts using Selenium with Java, Cucumber, TestNG, SOAPUI and Postman. Diversified experience in Automation and manual testing of Client – Server, Web, Mobile, BDD, API, Angular applications serving various domains such as Telecom, Retail and Healthcare. • Expertise in creating overall test planning, test case and test script development in software development life models (SDLC) environments including Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall. • Expertise in performing Black Box Testing, White box Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Acceptance Testing. • Good Knowledge on Java Programming and OOPS concepts. • Expert in using Selenium WebDriver /Web Element interface, Absolute/Relative XPaths, CSS Selectors, Implicit/Explicit waits, WebDriver Wait Class and many more. • Experienced in handling Alerts, Frames and Popups, Accessing Forms, tables, links, Keyboard and Mouse Events using Selenium WebDriver. • Rendered testing Web Services-SOA architecture, API Testing, XML transactions, SOAP and REST using various industry standard tools like SOAPUI, Postman, Rest- Assured. • Written and executed test scripts for web applications using JAVA, Selenium Web Driver and TestNG with a good analysis of the element locators, desired capabilities and web driver methods. • Configured the Test Cases to receive input Test Data Sets for the corresponding test cases using TestNG Data Provider Annotation. • Configured and administered Maven as Project building tool, Jenkins for Continuous Integration. • Ability to work with huge volumes of data, analyzing record sets for Data Quality, Data Validation and Metrics using SQL and MongoDB according to business logic for data validation. • Performed Demo in Sprint review and active participation in all Agile-Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and retrospective).
