Project: Introducing LeSS Agile framework LeSS introduces a start-up mentality to the corporate world. The dev teams are completely in control – there are no Project Managers. There will be a Product Owner to help drive the vision, but there will be no requirements gathering or elaborate user stories This resource will be responsible for reaching out to different parts of the business to find out what dev needs they have, then will be responsible for executing on the development There is no hierarchy in this framework – everyone works together LeSS also has a dedicated training day one day per week – great opportunity to pick up new skills and advance current Qualifications: Good soft skills and communication – personality is very important Must be able to self-review as a team – they will be giving weekly reviews to each other Need good self-management skills JavaScript with React, NodeJS Nice to Have: Jenkins and Docker AWS
