About the role
Role:Root Cause Analyst
Location:Remote Duration:12 months
Must Haves: -full tech stack, basic knowledge of how they work JAVA, C++, React, Angular, Fuse, Tibco. But, modern transformation stack includes: Salesforce, JAVA spring boot microservices, Kafka, AWS etc. -theyll have to go in and take a look why this is failing in java, be able to pin point where failure is -wont actually have to go in and fix it -communication is critical
Responsibilities
Driving Root Cause Analysis with internal/external business and technical teams when outages occur. Ability to conduct investigative analysis and diagnose end user issues using subject matter experts as part of a team. Familiarity with and ability to facilitate multiple investigative root cause methodologies such as Five Whys, Causal Factor Charting, Human Error Checklist, Ishikawa Cause and Effect (Fishbone) Diagram, and Fault Tree. Facilitate problem solving sessions with follow up on action items designed to resolve for the end user. Assess the effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions implemented
