Job Description The Identity Management team supports various solutions for identity registration, access provisioning, access certification, role management, role mining, access analytics, segregation of duties and authentication. Applications include third party products such as SailPoint IIQ, Oracle Identity Manager, Radiant One and Autonomous Identity. We also build solutions utilizing Java, .Net and scripting tools. You will be responsible for ongoing product implementation, design, migration and review activities on the SailPoint (IIQ) track but may also be involved with other tracks as well. You will work with an extended team to deliver releases including development, integration, test, deployment, and support activities. You must be self-directed and able to deliver solutions in a timely manner. Finally, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced development environment that continually embraces the latest technologies and techniques. What you are good at * Design and deploy upgrades, changes and releases to our Identity Management solutions including integration with target applications and services * Provide technical oversight to other team members * Make solid architectural choices to grow and enhance our solutions and services over time * Use your deep understanding of our products and services to support a roadmap that meets the needs communicated by our business partners, as well as look for opportunities for simplification and business process efficiency * Interact with individuals across Schwabs business groups and supporting organizations to successfully complete technology projects and enhancements * Represent the Identity Engineering Team in various partner meetings and provide subject matter expertise * Work with internal and external teams to deliver according to plan and develop contingencies when the unexpected occurs
