Sailpoint Engineer, 100% Remote

Job Title: Sailpoint Consultant Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months, Report To : Required Skills : Basic Qualifications : Additional Skills : Job Description : Optum | REMOTE Sailpoint Consultant 6 Month+ Contract Project: Product they are using is called IdentityNow, it is a SaaS based cloud solution – Sailpoint – IGA (identity governance access) product. Govern and access user, SAAS offering, subscribe to the product and the vendor does all the developments and evolution. IdentityNow is a more simplified version of IdentityIQ. Person needs to understand IAM, and APIs, doesn’t need development. AWS Cloud, but doesn’t need this person to have cloud experience Previously they were using IdentityIQ which needed folks that had background in Java Dev, but this new product doesn’t need folks with as much development background What is needed is experience with REST APIs and UI frameworks (angular or react doesn’t matter) to build complementary solutions to enhance the product. The Product is used to integrate non-HR users. That hasn't gone through any integration work yet. Managing users with IdentityNow being their authoritative source. Would like to see all of their entities tie into this system so that they can provision access to those users via their own product. Day in the life: product is solving immediate need of being able to provision entity users Microsoft licenses (i.e. Teams), beyond that: 1. Increasing the adoption and adding additional entities into the mix to tie into their HR system via APIs How do they normalize the data as it gets added into the system. Coming from different formats and entities 2. Evolving the product – how do they expand the system, give certain contractors access to more things once IAM is in place.
