Saleforce Developer

Role: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Eden Prairie, MN. Looking for only GC EAD, GC or CITIZEN. Only W2 Responsibilities • Develop Software using Salesforce Lightning Platforming including Visual Force, Apex and corresponding client-side technologies • Develop secure and high performant code according to industry and enterprise coding standards and practices • Source code, environment, deployment, and release management • Testing, quality assurance, and defect fixes • Assist in troubleshooting production issues post-deployment • Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate Required Skills • 5+ years of experience creating custom applications using Visual Force and Apex, including; o experience writing code to integrate with back end systems and services o experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools • 1+ years of experience developing using the Salesforce Lightning Platform • Strong understanding of web services including SOAP, REST standards and security models, integration patterns and methods • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript • Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing practices, including root cause analysis Nice to Have • Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications • US Healthcare Experience • Exposure to CRM, Service, Issue Management applications What type of interview process is preferred? Interview 1: Phone 15- 30 mins - culture & technical Interview 2: Webex 1 hr with hiring manager & 1 or 2 members of the team – culture, technical & coding Interview 3: Optional if needed for final selection 1 hr with hiring manager and others (technical, culture fit, potential coding)
