Job Description :

The CRM developer, analyzes, designs, and creates solutions to new requirements or support tickets through Salesforce configuration and/or custom APEX development, batch processes and Lightning components. This role also provides support to CRM analysts as needed and assists in the execution of maintenance strategies of CRM related systems managed also by the CRM team.

Responsibilities / Role Description

• Evaluate and assist in the documentation of business processes and translate these into CRM requirements.

• Translate Business requirements into workable programming modules/technical requirements and configuration documentation to maximize software utilization.

• Participate in strategy sessions, analyze objectives and recommend priorities and solutions for short and long-term planning.

• Troubleshoot, identify root cause and resolve system issues following best practices and proper change management

• Oversee all CRM systems, monitoring communications with SaaS providers as well as the status of the systems themselves, ensuring business continuity.

• Customize CRM software (e.g. Salesforce.com) using but not limited to:

• Writing Creating / Modifying Apex classes

• Creating / Modifying Visualforce pages

• Creating / Modifying triggers

• Creating / Managing complex workflows/processes

• Creating / Modifying batch jobs

• Creating / Modifying Flows

• Creating / Modifying SOQL/SOSL

• Perform configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles permissions, page layouts, custom objects, record types, reports and dashboards

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of integrations to further develop NCLH enterprise CRM strategy.

• Perform quality assurance by validating information, processes and program changes created by others in team.

• Work with external consulting companies as well as business analysts and other IT specialists.

• Maintain up to date with new Salesforce functionality being delivered per release.

• Perform other job related functions as assigned.

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration or related field of study; or any equivalent relevant combination of experience and training.

• Salesforce certifications required:

• Platform Developer 1

• Platform Developer 2 (preferred).

• Certified Salesforce Administrator ADM201.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience with relational database technologies and Salesforce.com. Graphical user interface application experience and an understanding of cloud computing preferred. Experience in quality assurance testing, preferably in the area of CRM, preferred.
