Supporting 70 users – will be working directly with users to get them up to speed, also will be working with her junior admin as well

Small org with Salesforce

Trial that is strictly sales cloud and Pardot Salesforce

All lightning

Primarily Configuration – having duplicate issues because data is being manually entered - needs this person to have solid understanding of data points and how to move data into salesforce

Data model cleanup - Needs to get a file uploaded into the org – it needs to work with some changes –they get a list of who they’re allowed to call, the list gets modified daily with who they can and can’t remove – there is a way to do this with data loaders

Also do have Heroku - they are trying to move off of this

They are trying to automate everything

Team is using Pardot for the engagement piece mostly – marketing cloud - they will be bringing other departments through – if they are strong in sales cloud, they are likely still strong in engage

User and Basics around administration – someone who is familiar with workload – needs someone who can trouble shoot workload

Someone who is familiar with sales cloud - Pardot, engage and salesforce engage - someone who has this understanding and experience

Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

Needs an architect type of person/ someone who has solidly been in the salesforce eco system for a long time - cares more about the experience than the actual certification

Needs someone more hands on than high level - Architects sometimes get so caught up in the planning that they can't just get it done

Senior Developer/Admin work - Needs someone who is a Senior Admin/Developer - needs hands on administration

Extent of the hands-on development: Senior admin should be able to work in flow designer and be familiar with development console - doesn't want someone who is going to come in and write a bunch of code in Sales Cloud - this would be too difficult to maintain - (doesn't want customization)

Needs to know SQL queries - this may be a bit tricky because they do need to have this technical background on this piece (needs to have a background more from a tech background)

Initial setup - Currently live no set up needed - no maintenance planned but as they come up they may need somethings on the marketing cloud side relating to data

Needs someone who is able to be on the "IT" side gathering requirements

Needs someone who understands API's - Alteryx would be a HUGE nice to have if someone has worked with this

Data flow focused - once data flows in, the sales team will then need enhance from there Needs someone who can take a file or query and integrate into salesforce - someone who was an admin and has moved into development
