Role:SALESFORCE DEVELOPER Location:ATLANTA GA OR New York NY Duration:Long Term Assignment Must Haves: Salesforce Java/J2EE/C#/.net(Any one or more programming languages working experience) Sales Cloud Lightning Web Components Database Agile Job Description: We are seeking a Salesforce lightning developer with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in configuring and managing the deployment of CRM solutions on the salesforce platform. The Administrator will work with the distributed team and will be responsible for coordinating the deployments at the platform level, as well as working with the infrastructure partners to monitor and manage integration configurations. The key aspect of the role is to provide system administration and customization support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications including Apex, Visualforce and lightning components, user permissions, security settings, process builders, visual flow, custom objects and validation rules. The candidate should be able to maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully. The expectation is to work collaboratively in a global setting, be eager to learn new functional aspects and be updated with the technology advances. Proficient with custom objects, validation rules, formulas, workflows, process builders, visual flows, approval process and ORG wide setup Experience working with app-exchange vendor products Experience working in Sales cloud, Service cloud, Financial Cloud and Experience Cloud. Candidate should have knowledge of tools used for build and deployment using ChangeSet and ANT. Prior experience in release management and DevOps/DeployOps using Autorabbit, Copado or Flosum will be ideal. The candidate should have strong communication skills. The candidate should possess strong problem solving and analytical skills. Nice to haves: Good to have experience in the Financial Industry. Working knowledge of Lightning and building custom Lightning components. Working knowledge of Java/ J2ee or C# .NET Good to have knowledge of RDBMS concepts and should have hands-on knowledge of any one database development. Good to have familiarity with Agile Methodology, Test-Driven Development and software design patterns.
