Job Title: SAP ABAP Dev/Tech Lead Client Company : Delhaize Group US Location: Charlotte, NC/100% REMOTE Duration: 12 Months

W2 Only 100% REMOTE/EST/CST Timings

Required Skills: SAP ABAP development and Tech Lead experience Experience with BAPI, BADI and CDS Views for SAP ABAP development. These tools are specific to S/4 HANA version. Must have experience with SAP S/4 HANA Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

Need an SAP ABAP Developer/Tech Lead to help deliver on a multi-year SAP S4 Hana Financial Implementation. Need to be comfortable in a role where they will not be doing the new development, but will act in more of a Technical Lead role so they must know how to do the hands on development. This person would be responsible for working with the SI to make sure everything is on track, all documentation is correct and in line with company standards, etc. You will be a part of the project team working closely with the current SI, business stakeholder and technical teams across the enterprise.

Participates with key stakeholders (business, IT, SI, SAP) to document business requirements for the program and translate those requirements into detailed design documentation

Provide SAP Core Financial solution expertise in the analysis, design and preparation of technology solutions to meet business needs around SAP ABAP development

Supports the Business Consultant in the process of leading the relationship with business function heads to meet Finance roadmap standards

Experience in SAP S/4HANA Financial Core System

Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Ability to manage own work time and priorities in accordance with aggressive timelines and budget
