About the role
Role: SAP Analyst Duration: 6+Months Location: 100%Remote Summary: E&T transactional data is consumed in numerous business processes including sales forecasting, order trending and discount management, executive reporting and numerous other areas. Today's processes require excessive manual data sourcing which drives waste, utilize various sources which adds data discrepancy risk, and require report manipulation in order to distribute and present. Enabling this data and reporting foundation will increase velocity, reduce risk, expand data insight capabilities, and meet reporting expectations of the organization. Typical Day: Typical day involves a mix of working with local team and Customer base to discuss business process requirements and define data / reporting needs; assist in translating those needs into technical and data design; personally developing solutions as well as working with the internal technical and functional teams; and testing and implementing developed solutions working with GIS and Basis. Limited meeting presentations and design collaboration discussions Required; • Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and data • Advanced BW ABAP and SAP extractor capability • Infocube data modeling • Ability to manage transports in a live production environment and ensure data standards, performance and quality.
