SAP FI Business Systems Analyst

Requirements

• Experience with ECC hosted on HANA Senior candidates – been through several implementations • These projects are going live in May, so little to no ramp-up • Ability to lead and facilitate requirement gathering discussions • Liaise with business units in the US and India • Hands-on configuration experience is great but not strictly required • Testing experience is nice to have • Leading and driving testing initiates form a BA stand-point is very nice to have

Required Technical Skills: • Experience with SAP FI module. Financial modules will include General Ledger Portal, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling modules will include Cost Center accounting, Internal Orders and Profit Center Accounting. • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective • Strong communication, presentation, technical and remote collaboration skills are a must • Detail and accuracy oriented • Excellent organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills • Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment • Strong relationship building and consulting skills. Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients and cross functional team members

Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements: • Experience in automated QA tools is a plus. • Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working with Agile development processes. • Scrum master certification is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent education; 3 to 5 years of related Business Analysis experience.
