SAP Solutions Architect – SAP HANA

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect – SAP HANA to design and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into end-to-end architectural blueprints while guiding solution delivery across multiple initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Design and oversee the implementation of technology solutions using SAP HANA, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. • Define interaction requirements for application components, subsystems, interfaces, and integrations to create comprehensive solution blueprints. • Convert business and technical requirements into detailed architectural designs that meet functional, non-functional, and security requirements. • Lead and support architectural activities across a portfolio of solutions, providing guidance throughout design, development, and implementation phases. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements and provide solution architecture expertise. • Review and validate solution designs, ensuring consistency with architectural standards, best practices, and long-term scalability. • Provide technical leadership and recommendations to improve performance, integration, and data architecture. • Support governance processes by documenting designs, standards, and architectural decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience in solution and enterprise architecture, including application, data, and integration design. • Hands-on expertise with SAP HANA and SAP-based solution architectures. • Experience designing secure, scalable, and high-availability enterprise solutions. Nice-to-Have Skills • Talent / HR domain knowledge (e.g., HR systems, workforce data, HR analytics). • Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms. • Exposure to cloud-based architectures and data integration tools. • Works well with team, curious, self starter, experience in working with offshore team (Hyderabad).
