Role: SAP Tech Lead
Duration: 6+ months Location: Remote Visa: W2/c2c role Rate: $65/hr

Job Description The SAP S/4 Order to Cash and Supply Chain Technical Expert will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of end-to-end processes related to order management, delivery, invoicing, and payment within the SAP S/4HANA system. This role will contribute to efficient supply chain operations and seamless customer interactions using SAP S4 and related applications.
Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements related to order management, delivery, and invoicing processes. Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and system capabilities. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to optimize the Order to Cash (O2C) and Supply Chain processes. Order to Cash Process Enhancement: Continuously improve the O2C process by identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and accuracy. Implement enhancements, customizations, and integrations to streamline order processing, delivery, and billing. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules related to Order Management, Sales, Distribution, and Logistics. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related challenges. Integration and Interfaces: Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between SAP S/4HANA and other systems (e.g., CRM, warehouse management, 3PLs). Develop and maintain interfaces for data exchange.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certification in SAP S/4HANA (preferably in Order to Cash or Supply Chain modules). Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA configuration and development. Proficiency in ABAP programming, SAP Fiori, and SAP UI5. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
