About the role
Role: Scala developer
Location: remote Duration: 12 months Job Description • Team is responsible service in platform for customers and dealers • Any failures proactively notified • Over 1 million assets around the globe – sending telematic messages, intense service. • Team consists of 12 Software engineers, most are sr, lead, and principal. • We are looking for SMEs in: scala and Akka (noted in DJ requirements) • Must have 2 years of experience in using these technologies. will be rejected if they don’t have this. Not looking for multiple programming languages, wants 2 years of exclusively working with these. Not interested in dated experience (recent exp only) *HM noted they will reject candidates that have this experience longer than 2 years ago. • In addition to Scala and akka – AWS experience, SQL. • This team at Cat owns their own devops processes • Looking for backend development experience.
