Scala Developer

Role- Scala Developer Duration- 6 Months Location- Remote Required Skills Skilled hands-on experience with functional Scala Programming and strong AWS (Including... ECS, Glue, EMR, Batch, Airflow, MSK) and knowledge on VPC, subnets, security groups, and policies. Good to have Aurora & Terraform. Candidate should be in a position to ramp up with terraform, as needed. Additional SkillsPREFER PREVIOUS APEX CONTRACTORS Candidates located in the PST time zone will get priority Remote MUST HAVE Strong working experience on Scala Programming (Not sufficient to have limited Scala knowledge with just spark or Hadoop) MUST HAVE Strong working experience on AWS Services ECS, EKS, AWS Batch, AWS Glue, Lambda, Cloudwatch, Athena & Quicksight Strong knowledge on containerization, Docker, ECR, Cloud deployment Good to have Python or Java knowledge and working experience. Good to have Kafka knowledge. Good to have Terraform Knowledge Good to have infrastructure understanding on the cloud services. Willing to learn new technologies and explore the new skill set Ability to pick up new skills quickly.
