Description: ABOUT THE ROLE  SCC seeks a Business Systems Analyst to work on an inhouse software development project for the Division of Securities and Retail Franchising.  This position will be responsible for eliciting functional requirements for the division’s new SERFIS software system that will replace the existing system with a comprehensive work management system.
