Role: SCCM consultant Location: Wood Dale, IL – Locals only Look for locals who can come onsite at least 3 days/week must. Duration: 6 + Months C2H Must Haves: Selected person will be a key player in the IT department of an organization. By performing their duties with efficiency, an admin can reduce downtime and ensure consistent operations. This role needs an Innovative SCCM administrator, who can formulate long-term strategies for proactive management of common issues. A proactive approach can be vital in minimizing the possibilities of system breakdowns. Monitoring applications for managed users and systems Deploying and managing the Configuration Manager client Configuration of an operating-system deployment strategy by using SCCM Implementing Endpoint Protection for managed PCs They will coordinate with the Network team to set patching policies for devices and own the patch updating process. Identifying and configuring methods for distribution and management of content used for deployments They need an expert-level candidate with Microsoft SCCM along with Autopilot experience. He/she will be working in close quarters with the security Setting patching policies for all Operating systems. Applying patches and reboots or all devices on a regular basis Selected persons may be required to work with the help desk on tickets as required. He/she will be generating weekly/monthly and quarterly reports on patch compliance. They will be responsible for keeping patches and compliance at maximum levels. Responsible to coordinate with multiple teams including Linux and Azure teams as well.
