Job description: Senior Lead Appian Developer :Lead Appian Developer certification with a minimum of 5 continuous years of experience in Appian development.

Position Overview This role involves close collaboration with the business team to ensure the application meets business and regulatory requirements and supports our operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and GxP validation principles, and excellent communication skills. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development: Design, develop, and implement Appian applications in accordance with SDLC and best practices. Collaboration: Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications. Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure compliance with GxP standards, including documentation of test cases and results. Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, troubleshooting issues, and implement enhancements as needed. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application design, development processes, and user guides to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge transfer. Training: Assist in training end-users and business teams on application functionalities and best practices. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on GxP regulations and ensure all applications adhere to industry standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Education Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Technical Skills

Proficiency in Appian development tools and methodologies. Experience with new Appian features such as Process HQ and Data Fabric. Experience with system integration using Appian APIs. Strong understanding of database management and integration with other systems. Familiarity with programming languages such as Appian SAIL, SQL, or JavaScript is a plus. Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of other regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO) is a plus.
