Technical Experience: Overall, 10 years of IT, industry experience is a must .Net Developer - experienced .Net/C# developer, a consultant with some Oracle database programming experience as well as some Experience with Oracle C2M system (and related interfaces) implementation would be a plus but not absolutely necessary.
