About the role
Responsibilities: Design and develop for cloud-based platform solutions (ServiceNow) Support workshops and presentations of ServiceNow design, architecture and technology to client stakeholders. Assist with design, build, test and delivery of cloud-based platform solutions (ServiceNow). Work with external third-party vendors and suppliers to implement one or more interfaces with their systems. Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability clearance Excellent writing and communication skills Detailed Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Asset Management Experienced in process automation platforms (ServiceNow). Deep Process modeling experience ServiceNow Certifications. Strongly Preferred.
