Senior ServiceNow Developer

Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM/Catalog specifically) Location: 100% Remote – EST hours 9-5 Duration: Long-term multi-year contract with potential to go full time Responsibilities: • Work across technical teams gather requirements, design, build (code), test, and implement service catalog items with ServiceNow in a fast-paced environment. • Enhance and/or create high complexity service catalog workflows. • Ability to understand and leverage RESTful APIs • Document, analyze and test to resolve problems. • Assist in research, evaluates, and recommend solutions, identify ways to reuse existing code, and designs prototypes using current or emerging technologies. • Perform unit testing and integration testing on different environments to ensure code quality and performance of development. • Perform other duties as assigned.
