Senior TDM Engineer

Essential Functions: Review technical solutions / strategies, identify gaps, and proactively provide leadership and technical guidance to TDM team Meets with technology and business leaders at regular intervals to discuss TDM opportunities, scope, and delivery Define TDM standards and tools selection, oversee implementation of automated solutions; explores ways to continuously improve quality, delivery, and innovation of processes and solutions of TDM Review of ongoing Test Data activities across all domains against targets and provide guidance to achieve goals Establish TDM as a self-serve process and incorporate into continuous integration and delivery processes Identify inefficiencies in the test data and optimize it to improve the testing process. Deliver overarching team training and upskilling TDM Communications Management Ongoing capture of data, metrics, and reporting on value streams Manages KPIs/WIKI and dashboard and sends TDM solution status reports to Leadership team at defined intervals Ensures Communication of key decisions are delivered to all stakeholders Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills: Expert-level knowledge, skills, and background with Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase, DB2 and Azure CosmosDB Applied experience with Various ETL technologies and concepts such as Talend, SSIS and DataStage. Experience and competency with scripting languages like C#, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python. Knowledge of various environmental elements as they relate to testing and test data management (i.e., distributed, mainframe, middleware, network, compute, storage, etc.) Knowledge of TDM tools to create and mine test data such as CA TDM, IBM Optim etc.. Strong TDM technical skills coupled with even stronger communication and people skills. Self-driven with individual contributions. Strong learning competency and ability to teach others Testing and technical planning skills with IT architecture design and Application Development Process and/or workflow planning and design skills Experience building and implementing Talend solutions/packages Basic understanding of PHI/PII Elements and Safe Harbor Standards Background in enterprise data warehouse solution preferred Experience with unstructured, structured, and semi-structured data preferred (relational databases both distributed (SQL Server) and various structured file formats Proficient in Microsoft technologies and working within virtualized environments Knowledge of best practices relative to application development and software testing Dev Ops pipeline experience strongly recommended. Knowledge of the Retail, Pharmacy and Supply Chain preferred. Certification: SAFE Agile Certifications: Good to have
