REMOTE CONTARCT Top Requirements: 5+ years of experience with ITSM/ITIL Processes, roles and responsibilities 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB Development Experience with CMDB Discovery including performing research to figure out why something is not discovering in CMDB, etc. Strong communication skills- will have to work with stakeholders in Security and other LOBs to ensure data in CMDB is accurate.
