About the role
Top 3 requirements: 1. ServiceNow Development 2. Hands on Scripting 3. 2 years of ServiceNow exp. skills/attributes are required : 3+ years ServiceNow development experience - Excellent problem-solving skills, especially initiative, adaptability and lateral thinking - Experience with troubleshooting issues in a live IT environment - Ability to quickly learn a new topic and be able to explain that topic to someone else Familiarity with common coding and database concepts, including tables, columns, records, queries, keyed arrays, software design, unit vs. system test, instanced objects, client/server and SCRUM - Excellent communication skills, especially being complete, precise and succinct in software design, software test and code commenting Netcool/Wireless Service Monitor What skills/attributes are preferred: - Any programming experience other than ServiceNow would be a huge plus - Extensive experience with scripting in ServiceNow - Strong grasp over CSM, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Workflows and REST APIs
