SERVICENOW CATALOG DEVELOPER

Role: ServiceNow Catalog Developer

Duration: 1-3 year long contract Location: 100% remote (EST Hours) Visa: w2/1099 role Rate: $80/hr

Requirements

• Senior SNOW resource (7+ years) CAD Certification Strongly preferred Development or programming experience preferred Computer Science degree Strongly preferred

• Top Skills: ServiceNow Catalog Development Service Portal Flow Designer and Workflows ITSM, Glide/Ajax/JavaScript, APIs Event Management, Performance Analytics & ATF (automated test framework)

Responsibilities

Work across technical teams gather requirements, design, build (code), test, and implement service catalog items with ServiceNow in a fast-paced environment. Enhance and/or create high complexity service catalog workflows. Ability to understand and leverage RESTful APIs Document, analyze and test to resolve problems. Assist in research, evaluates, and recommend solutions, identify ways to reuse existing code, and designs prototypes using current or emerging technologies. Perform unit testing and integration testing on different environments to ensure code quality and performance of development. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5+ years of practical experience in workflow development using ServiceNow Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant experience Ability to work effectively in an Enterprise Agile and DevOps team environment required. Position requires strong problem solving and analytical skills, combined with creative thinking and ability to work on abstract concepts. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across the team and with leadership. Analytical thinker, problem-solver, and the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities

Preferred technical experience: ServiceNow Catalog Developer expertise ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management expertise ServiceNow ITSM Suite (CMDB, Incident, Change, Catalog) Experience with ServiceNow Reporting a plus Experience with GlideAjax
