About the role
Description:
Will focus mainly on operational tasks such as:
operational enhancements
creating/updating workflows
ticketing issues
Will assist with system upgrade from Paris to Rome as well as an integration project with Workday Financials
Requirements
-
Proficiency with ServiceNow catalog and workflow/flows

Experience with ServiceNow vParis (moving to Rome upgrade in the fall)

Rest API integration experience

Preferred:
-
Experience with ServiceNow IT cost and/or financial apps (project related)

Experience supporting version upgrades and best practices
-
Integration work with new projects (ex: integrating with Workday Financials)
-
ServiceNow ITBM (IT business management is a plus)
