Role:Servicenow Developer

Location:Hybrid(1 day per week onsite , 4 days Remote) Baltimore,MD Duration:6+ Months

Must Haves:  5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Development  Demonstrated experience in delivering high value solutions from your customer’s perspective with direct experience with ServiceNow platform strategy, design, and operational execution  Prior experience implementing and deploying applications within the core suite of ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB), to include reports.  Development experience with the ServiceNow APIs and using them to create or modify applications  Flexibility to support issues or planned activities after hours, weekends and holidays as needed  Experience implementing configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and facilitate the rollout of new modules and configure Application UI and workflow

Desired Skills:  Ability to provide ServiceNow architecture advisory support services including but not limited to architectural design reviews, code, roadmap design and prioritization, platform expertise, expert program/project guidance and optimization planning  Experience completing internal system audits and actively monitor license utilization (ServiceNow applications as well as third-party add-ons  ServiceNow platform deployments and upgrades experience  Experience maintaining required information security controls for the platform  Leading platform design sessions, performing design reviews, familiarity with architect frameworks, and publishing platform standards and design models

Description of Role/Responsibilities: Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a successful ServiceNow Developer with experience implementing ServiceNow and providing design and development principles to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the configuration, development, support, migration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and will be able to leverage ITIL processes and best practices. This person will serve as the key technical resource for the client and it’s ServiceNow implementation and should be comfortable working with external development partners and stakeholder to develop and provide enterprise business solutions.
