About the role
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Remote Required Skills: ITIL Job Description: We are actively seeking a Service Now Developer. The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory Skills: Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the SNow integration. Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of Snow. Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests. Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design. Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project. Expertise level understanding of SNow required. Expertise level programming skills. Desired Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Proficient in the ServiceNow platform requires knowledge of programming languages, primarily JavaScript, so that you can write code on the ServiceNow tool. You should also familiarize yourself with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) in order to learn about incident management processes and the lifecycle of an incident.
