Skills: • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Incident Management • Knowledge Management • Problem Management • Request Management • Intelligent Routing (workflows) • Request Management • GRC Technologies: • True ServiceNow Development • API Integration (REST or SOAP) • JavaScript Framework development (REACT/REDUX, Angular)
