ServiceNow Developer Hybrid in Dallas, TX (1 day/week) 6 month open-ended Contract (potential to convert to FTE) The ServiceNow Developer will play a critical role in the reimplementation of the ServiceNow solution for the hospital's IR department. The developer must have the necessary skills and experience to lead this project, including experience in leading ServiceNow reimplementation projects, a strong understanding of ITIL processes and healthcare workflows, and experience in integrating ServiceNow with other healthcare systems and applications. Strong communication, collaboration, project management, data migration, testing, and training skills are also essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Conduct a thorough assessment of the current ServiceNow implementation to identify areas for improvement. Develop a detailed plan for the reimplementation, including timelines, resource requirements, and budget. Designing and implementing the new ServiceNow solution, including workflows, forms, fields, views, and reports. Migrating data from the old ServiceNow implementation to the new one. Testing the new ServiceNow solution to ensure that it meets the requirements of the IR department. Providing training and support to end-users to ensure that they are able to use the new ServiceNow solution effectively. Must Haves: Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a solid understanding of ITIL processes and healthcare workflows. Experience in leading and implementing ServiceNow reimplementation projects. Strong experience with ServiceNow workflows, forms, fields, views, and reports. Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other healthcare systems and applications. Strong understanding of incident management, change management, and problem management processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Knowledge of data migration best practices and experience in migrating data from one ServiceNow implementation to another. Experience in testing and quality assurance of ServiceNow implementations. Strong training and support skills to train end-users on the new ServiceNow solution.
