Job Description: We are looking for a ServiceNow Security Operations lead developer. Current state of implementation – SIR is live and working on the go-live for Vulnerability Response followed by Configuration Compliance.
As a SecOps Lead you need to:
• Act as a SME to answer questions from client staff on various areas including product functionality, integrations, best practices, etc. • Act as a Liaison between the Clients team (technical and functional) and AFS SecOps technical teams to define requirements, design options and drive them towards implementation. • Facilitate collaborative development sessions to confirm the requirements and provide technical knowledge to the client analysts. • Work with the internal teams to create and update documents related to architectural diagrams, process diagrams, etc. • Work on implementations for Security Operations product Suite(SIR, VR, TI and CC) by creating ServiceNow entities like playbooks, runbooks, flow designer flows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, workflows, etc • Build and deploy various OOB and custom integrations(using REST/SOAP) for SIR, VR, TI and CC including Tenable, SIEM(Splunk), McAfee, Tanium, Infoblox, etc.
