About the role
Role:ServiceNow Developer - ITBM
Location: 100% Remote Duration: LTC
Job Description: Service Now Developers needed to join growing team responsible for cloud platform integrations, implementations and operations support for a large government customer.
Required:
IT/Systems OR ServiceNow Development Experience 2+ Network Integration Experience 1+ Data Modeling Experience 1+ Experience with ServiceNow Cloud Management 1+ Experience with ServiceNow ITOM 1+ Experience with ServiceNow ITBM 1+ Competent working with Service Catalogs & Catalog Items Competent with building custom workflows for catalog items with associated forms, tasks, approvals, and notifications. Working knowledge of ServiceNow out of the box table structures as well as creating unique tables Experience working with Update Sets and migrating update sets through lifecycle environments System integration experience (SOAP, REST, Import Sets/Transform Maps, etc.) Strong Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform (Hardware Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Workflow)
