Job Description: Lumen E-bonding Project - Incident Implementation

• integrate with custom REST, w/current INC customizations Electronic Bonding (eBonding) is the act of integrating and connecting software between two unique enterprises and their systems. Whether through transactions or synchronizing datasets, the two systems essentially “bond,” delivering an end-to-end software-based business process. E-bonding Service Now and Vendesk. Timeline:
• approved for 400 hours / 2 consultants = 200 hours 1-2 weeks of onboarding in addition ~ 2.5 months total -There is potential for 2-3 month extension
