About the role
Role: Sr Level ServiceNow Developer - ITBM
Location: 100% Remote Duration: LTC
Required: • IT/Systems OR ServiceNow Development Experience 2+ • Network Integration Experience 1+ • Data Modeling Experience 1+ • Experience with ServiceNow Cloud Management 1+ • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM 1+ • Experience with ServiceNow ITBM 1+ • Competent working with Service Catalogs & Catalog Items • Competent with building custom workflows for catalog items with associated forms, tasks, approvals, and notifications. • Working knowledge of ServiceNow out of the box table structures as well as creating unique tables • Experience working with Update Sets and migrating update sets through lifecycle environments
Description: Our search needs to focus specifically on ITBM Demand Management, APM, and good knowledge of the Common Service Data Model. Then 2ndary make sure that they also have Service Catalog and Flow Designer (as opposed to Workflow) experience. We exclusively use flow designer here, which is the newer capability instead of Workflow.
