About the role
Role: ServiceNow Engineer
Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12 Months Experience: 5-7+
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools): • 5-7 years of experience • ServiceNow CSM
WOULD be open to looking at candidates with other modules in ITSM (examples are Service Catalogs, Request, Incident, Change Request etc.) Basic JavaScript skills and ability to consuming REST APIs Java skills would also be nice:
Ability to learn (environment is very complex so they need people who can do a lot of critical thought) Might interface with the users so they need to have GREAT comms
