About the role
Job Description: ServiceNow Location: Remote Required Skills: 3+ years experience with ServiceNow Experience with ServiceNow ITBM QUALIFICATIONS Required: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s; 6 years of experience with Masters. Five plus years of experience delivering ServiceNow ITBM solutions within a large organization. Certifications in the following areas: Financial Analysis & Reporting for Portfolio Management, ServiceNow, ServiceNow ITBM Strong business and financial reporting acumen. Ability to develop and deliver projects with financial and resource constraints. Ability to creatively translate raw data into charts for leadership presentation. Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules -Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management and Reporting. Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like ServiceWatch, GRC etc. Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow. Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly. Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
