Job Title: Sharepoint developer Location: Remote then Minneapoilis ,MN Job Description : Qualifications: • Senior SharePoint Consultant / Developer with expertise in migrations of department content in to SharePoint within a Corporate setting. Experience doing this with Shared Drives is a plus. • 5-7 year of SharePoint experience minimum. • Capable at building SharePoint sites, Workflow Management, Security & Site Management • Understanding of Records Management and its application to SharePoint setup Responsibilities: • Consultant will provide both counsel and hands on development/configuration of RiverSource's SharePoint sites. Helping to set direction with how to best move files and folders they are currently managing via shared drives (which are being retired) in to existing and/or new SharePoint sites in a sustainable and strategic way. • Consultant will be expected to assist with hardening requirements and ensuring the migration approach and SharePoint design meets the department's needs, and that owners/administrators of these sites have the knowledge and ability to maintain the site content once migration is complete. Preferred: • Experience at Ameriprise Financial or another financial industry firm a plus. • Working with business and technology teams jointly a plus.
