Experience with Dynatrace ONLY SEND THE BELOW INFORMATION TO THE CANDIDATES: Job Description: DevOps Instrumentation Leader This is an exciting opportunity for a DevOps Instrumentation Software Engineer motivated to lead an organization in charting out and executing a practical approach to IT system instrumentation. This opportunity is for an individual who appreciates that revenue generating transactions must be anchored to the foundations of end to end system instrumentation, recognizes that large organizations have typical instrumentation silos which prevent end to end monitoring of such transactions, and is passionate about implementing practical monitoring to keep a tap on health of end – end flow of transactions. As a Project Manager / DevOps Performance Lead you will be driving implementation of Service Level Objectives (SLO) and Service Level Indicators (SLI) for a department within Ford, you would be responsible for: 1. Liaise with Product Teams, Integration Team, Monitoring Platform SMEs etc to establish and execute a plan of action to achieve Now / Near / Far of SLO/SLI implementation 2. Track the progress in centralized Backlog Management Tool and report out to Senior Leaders and Stakeholders 3. Apply knowledge of monitoring systems (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana etc) to guide teams on how to build end – end visibility of transactions that flow through a multitude of systems to realize customer facing Key Performance Indicator 4. Applying knowledge of diverse cloud platforms and logging to propose technical integration approach to the Product Teams 5.
