Role:Sitecore Developer
Duration:12 months Location:Remote

Additional Skills : Job Description : We are seeking experienced Sitecore Developers to join our diverse and dynamic team, comprising of developers, QA, business analysts, and BI experts. The role involves working closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to understand and implement offer management strategies targeting specific customer segments. Candidates will be responsible for building a comprehensive understanding of how offers function across different systems, ensuring the alignment of use cases, variations, and rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize .NET and C# applications, with an emphasis on Sitecore CMS. - Collaborate with various teams to understand and implement marketing strategies within the Sitecore platform. - Participate in large-scale development projects, initially with the support of consulting firms, and subsequently take over the ongoing support and development. - Engage in low-code/no-code solutions in Salesforce or Sitecore, as needed. - Work effectively in an agile environment, adopting a scrum methodology.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Sitecore CMS, particularly in customization (not just design). - Strong technical background with at least 5 years of experience in .NET, C#, and SQL Server Database; candidates with less experience but strong skills may also be considered. - Ability to work on complex enhancements and large-scale development projects. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of collaborating with product groups and marketing teams. - Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms is beneficial.
