About the role
Role: SOFTWARE DEVELOPER Duration: 16 Month contract Location: 100% REMOTE Visa: US Citizen, Green Card, GC EAD, H4 EAD RATE: $80hr on Apex W2 Candidate must have extensive experience with Python & Quantitative! • Seeking a strong Software Developer to join their front office technology team! This role will provide server-side development and support for trading applications and services used by the USD Swaps business. The role will work directly with traders and trading assistants as well other technology teams and the Quantitative Strategies Group. The tech stack is Quartz (cross asset, front to back proprietary Python platform), communication primarily leverages web services and architecture follows a micro service based approach. • Candidate requirements include 5+ years of strong python development skills, object oriented programming experience, web service development experience, excellent analytical/problem solving skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to work in an agile development environment. Knowledge of interest rate derivative products, pricing and/or risk is huge a plus!
