About the role
Role: Solution Architect Duration: 6 Month contract to hire Location: 100%Remote Tech Stack: • Solution Architect Experience • Experience with internal HR. Financial, and legal software • HR is utilizing Workday • Legal and Financial are utilizing home grown systems • This person will be analyzing internal software and guiding technical teams in upgrades, implementations, customizations, etc. Job Description: This person will provide technical and architectural solutions to meet the needs of current business and assist with Human Resource, Finance and Legal Initiatives. • Responsible for development of the overall vision for the projected solution and transforms the information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives. • Works with enterprise architecture, applications, and infrastructure teams to product optimal, high level design for the project. Ensures technology initiatives are implemented with the existing or planned framework. • May develop plans to integrate systems from differing departments into an open system to achieve the larger intentions. • Maintains comprehensive technical documentation; creates and maintains conceptual data model, entity relationship diagrams, and logical models. • Responsible for the successful completion of assigned projects, including creating detailed program documentation. Do you have what it takes? • Hands on IT experience in design and development of complex systems • Deep understanding of financial and/or accounting fundamentals, human resource and legal concepts • Deep knowledge and understanding of SAAS features… • Deep understanding of hybrid solutions, on-prem and cloud • Hands on experience in integrating modern systems and technology with legacy platforms • Strong experience in design and implementation.
