About the role
Role:Solutions Architect
Duration:12 months contract Location:100% Remote
Key Responsibilities: • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology innovation and process improvement • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team on architecture, design, and implementation best practices • Collaborate with the security team to ensure that all technology solutions are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that can help the organization achieve its strategic objectives • Create and maintain architecture artifacts, including technology standards, reference architectures, and system blueprints • Provide guidance on technology procurement decisions, including vendor selection and contract negotiation • Ensure that all technology solutions are scalable, resilient, and efficient • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication • Lead architecture reviews and ensure that all technology solutions are in compliance with architecture standards • Create new architecture practice and governance as part of agile transformation aligned to the agile framework
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • 10+ years of experience in IT architecture and system design • Experience in Healthcare or Higher Education industry is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including service-oriented architecture, microservices, and event-driven architecture • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and related technologies is a plus • Experience with designing solution in one of the cloud platforms (GCP preferred) • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT initiatives • Experience in cloud computing, DevOps, and agile methodologies
