technical architect with 8-12 total years of experience. If you have a technical architect with 1-2 years of architecture experience. That could work. Someone that can be hands on code (sharp) at least 40% of the time. Tech Stack is Java – Spring Boot / AWS / Kafka / DevOps i.e. Docker / Kubernetes etc. / RDBMS & NoSQL DBs

Project Scope: The roadmap is extraordinarily long – streamline teams that are product specific as well as higher level technical roadmaps. Build more functionality is the main scope. Working on Java and Springboot microservices to collect metrics and analysis on the services scalability using the Prometheus tech stack. Need to be able to monitor and measure what they’re seeing without guidance. Looking for backend capacity and design with the systems – not looking for architects necessarily, but looking for people to come in pick up keyboards / stories.

One project: They need to get better observability of microservices over time i.e. hypothetical observability ? allow teams to work autonomously. Metric stack is Prometheus and Grafana. Another: Consumption of X12 837 claim files, breaking them into transactions and feeding into Kafka. Tech Stack: Microservices / Java / React Native – cross platform (Android, iOS and Web) / Angular for internal Admin Apps / Postgres DB / Kafka (message broker, MQ, orchestrator) / Databricks for processing on DS models / Ascend for pipelines (like airflow) / AWS

Development Methodology: Agile – 2 weeks Need for a Solutions Architect: similar salary • Designing and documenting • Designing integration systems • Healthcare is a must • Proposing design sol. • Kafka • Need hands on coding as well • Solution background • Cost benefit analysis o Integration with united systems, using Kafka streams or bash files -Software Engineering is the focus, not data engineering • Cross product/cross team • Someone who can still code is a must • Really good at solutioning and documenting the solutioning • Ex. Should be able to throw a Jenkins file together to build and deploy • Cannot just sit and wait for DevOps team, need to get hands dirty • Not a lot of coding will be done other than from an experiment stand point o This person should write code on their own to try things out for a POC o The coding will be for POC’s • This person should be creative, experiment and dive in • Using GPT and AI tools and train a model
