Solution Architect

Job Description: Role: Solution Architect Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Business Overview: Team: • IT Solution Architecture Purpose: • The main function of a Solution Architect is to establish defining business solutions that fulfill specific business objectives and service level agreements, while balancing important concerns such as adherence to established practices, alignment with enterprise strategy and accountability to Prime’s financial objectives. The Solution Architect will potentially be involved with one or more key 2022 initiatives for Prime and some with accelerated timelines. The Solution Architect role is key for defining and aligning the go-forward architecture. Position Overview: Daily Responsibilities/Job Description: • Lead creation of conceptual and logical specifications for all layers of solution (people, process, technology and information) through collaboration with business, enterprise, application, security and infrastructure architects • Designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces • Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for Prime IT architectures, and profiles of standards as they apply to the implementation and specific to the solution for the platform, integration with other systems and the external interfaces • Ensures that the common operating environment is compliant. Analytically and systematically evaluates problems of workflows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action • Responsible for collaborating with enterprise architecture to develop enterprise artifacts for reuse by subsequent projects Qualifications/years of experience: • 10+ years of work experience in IT, including 5 years in software development or application architecture • Event Driven Architecture • Microservices • Experience with service-oriented solution architecture experience working Applications, Data, Services and API initiatives • Experience defining a variety of solution types, such as new system builds, legacy enhancements, build vs. buy analysis, integrating, Software as a Service or Platform as a Service as components of the solution • Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments; Direct experience with Agile Lean Architecture Environment: (Not all required) • Private Cloud Platforms (vs. Public) • Microservices • Pega • Java, Angular, React, CICD (Jenkins), Test Driven Development, Git • Databases: Relational, NoSQL DocumentDB, NoSQL Graph • APIs (REST/SOAP/GraphQL) and API Design, Microservices, XML/JSON • YAML, Docker and Kubernetes, Rabitt MQ, Kafka • Event Driven Architecture • VMWare Tanzu / Pivotal Cloud Foundry • Cloud and Agile Architecture, SAFe -- -- Thanks & Regards, Krishnasree | US IT Recruiter Thought wave software and solutions 314 N, Lake St, Suite 6, Aurora IL 60506 Mobile:6305668710 Email: krishnasree@wavsols.com Website: www.thoughtwavesoft.com LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/krishnasree-kolla-7582a01a3
